Return / Refund Policy
If you not satisfied with the products that you purchased from us or the products fails to perform up to a commercial standard, you may send a request for return the products via our email email@example.com using the order number that had been provided by WooCommerce at our online shopping store. After we finalized our observation with the returned product, you may opt to refund for the full price of the product (excluding the cost of shipping) or request a new product with the same description of quantities and price. We apologize that the original shipping fee is not refundable and the return shipping fee will not be covered as well.
Please attach the original invoice (pdf or snapshot is acceptable) and used/defective parts in the return package and keep the unused items in their original condition.
Should you wish to return the product you purchase from us due to unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition. The return should be made within a resalable time (7 days) and in original and undamaged packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resealable condition, we reserve the full right to refuse a refund. Nevertheless, if you are returning an item because of an error on our part such as damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay you the returning costs to us.
